Shweyacloth provides high-quality custom apparel manufacturing services, including but not limited to:

• Tailoring to order
• Contract production of clothing
• Production of work clothes and uniforms
• Mass production of clothing for brands and stores
• Corporate clothing manufacturing

3. Order Process

3.1. Clients must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

3.2. Once an order is confirmed, any changes may incur additional charges and affect delivery timelines.

3.3. Shweyacloth reserves the right to refuse any order at its sole discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4.2. Payment terms will be specified in the order agreement.

4.3. Late payments may result in order delays or cancellations.

5. Production and Delivery

5.1. Production timelines will be provided upon order confirmation.

5.2. Shweyacloth is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

5.3. Shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

6. Quality Assurance

6.1. Shweyacloth guarantees the quality of our products in accordance with the agreed specifications.

6.2. Clients must inspect goods upon receipt and report any defects within 7 days.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. Clients retain ownership of their designs and logos.

7.2. Shweyacloth retains ownership of our production processes and techniques.

8. Confidentiality

Shweyacloth agrees to keep all client information and designs confidential.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shweyacloth's liability is limited to the value of the goods produced.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to the completion of any ongoing orders.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada.

12. Changes to Terms

Shweyacloth reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
